My Fitness Philosophy
For me, training is more than just a process of improvement—it is roadmap for living well. It’s a commitment to both setting and reaching goals, achieving milestones, and rebuilding your identity.
While every person is unique and requires individualized coaching, I believe we are all integrated beings of body and consciousness—of matter and spirit—that real fitness flourishes when one’s thoughts and actions align, fueling and reinforcing the other. Just as there are no contradictions in life, there can be none in your lifestyle. All your beliefs, goals, decisions, and actions must support a single whole—your true and undivided self. It is yours to rediscover and realize once again.
My Fitness Background
As a Certified Personal Trainer, I bring a single focus to my fitness career—helping my clients achieve the discipline, self-esteem, and joy I’ve been able to realize in my own life. As a mother, I know all too well the challenges of finding time for “self.” While I require just a few hours each week from both my female and male clients, training with me, you will experience much more than a spirited workout—you will acquire a renewed sense of dignity and self-worth.
Throughout my adult years, my personal fitness has remained core to my lifestyle. With over two decades of experience in the personal fitness industry and licensed as a Certified Personal Trainer by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM-CPT), my own routines are centered around high intensity interval training, supported by frequent endurance/cardio workouts and a variety of nutritional and wellness practices.
